We aim to process and dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends.

Important Delivery Update – EU Orders
Due to the introduction of the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the additional costs and requirements this brings, we are temporarily pausing deliveries to EU countries, except Cyprus.
This change will take effect from 12 August 2026.
We need some time to fully understand the new requirements and determine the best way to proceed while ensuring that we remain compliant with the new regulations.
Deliveries within Cyprus will continue as normal.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this temporary suspension may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience while we work through these changes.
We will provide an update as soon as we are able to resume deliveries to the rest of the EU.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help you.
You are allowed to return your order back to us within 14 days since the day you received your order and exchange with products at the same value. Alternatively we can send you a voucher at the same value to be used for other products on our website.
Please note that in order to accept the return, the products must be in their original packaging and condition and not be used or damaged.
Note: Dès Vu Studio does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund which will take 2-3 business days.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.
When 14 days post the order are elapsed, the return will not be accepted.
Return Instructions
Email us at info@desvustudio.com stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your name, surname and phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information.
Refunds
No refund is granted in case you wish to return a product. You have the option to either exchange it with another product or get a voucher at the same value as set out above.
Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance using the contact details below. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.
