Shipping & Returns

We aim to process and dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends.
 
CYPRUS
Standard Shipping (Akis Express Courier) – 1-3 working days – €2.50
 
EUROPEAN UNION
Standard Shipping & Tracked (Cyprus Post Office) – 7-12 working days – €5.00
 
INTERNATIONAL & UK
Standard Shipping & Tracked (Cyprus Post Office) – 7-12 working days – €10.00
 
Please review your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or taxes your package may be subject to upon crossing the border.
Though most packages go through customs without any additional charges, some countries will charge duty for international packages. Because of the range of duty fees across different countries, we are unable to accurately reflect them in our prices; checking the fees of the specific destination country will help you avoid any surprises. 
Returns and exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help you.
You are allowed to return your order back to us within 14 days since the day you received your order and exchange with products at the same value. Alternatively we can send you a voucher at the same value to be used for other products on our website.
Please note that in order to accept the return, the products must be in their original packaging and condition and not be used or damaged.
Note: Dès Vu Studio does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund which will take 2-3 business days.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.
When 14 days post the order are elapsed, the return will not be accepted.
Return Instructions
Email us at info@desvustudio.com stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your name, surname and phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information.
Refunds
No refund is granted in case you wish to return a product. You have the option to either exchange it with another product or get a voucher at the same value as set out above.
Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance using the contact details below. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.
